For account help, bug reports, feature requests, or anything else, email support@keepraven.com. We're a small team based in Boston and we read every message. Please include:
- Your Raven username, if you have one.
- The device and iOS version you're using.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- A screenshot if it's a visual bug.
For abusive content, harassment, or anything you'd report to a moderator, please use the in-app report option on the post, comment, message, or profile — it's the fastest path to our moderation queue. Email is for everything else.
Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Messages → Your profile icon (top-left) → Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and immediate. Your posts, comments, likes, RSVPs, friendships, DMs, and uploaded photos are removed right away. How do I change my username?
Go to Messages, tap your profile, then Edit. Usernames must be 3–30 characters of lowercase letters, digits, or underscores. If a username is taken, you'll see an error before you can save.
How do I report a post, comment, message, or user?
Every post, comment, message, profile, and review has a report option in the action menu. Reports go straight to our moderation queue. We may hide content, ban accounts, or take other action at our discretion. We don't promise a response on every report, but we read all of them.
I didn't get my sign-in code by email.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, wait 60 seconds and tap Send Code again. If the code still doesn't arrive, the email address may have a typo — go back and re-enter it. Persistent trouble? Email support@keepraven.com and we'll help.
How do I stop getting marketing emails?
Marketing emails (newsletters and product news) are opt-in. You can turn them off any time in Settings → Notifications → Newsletter, or by tapping the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Account emails (password resets, sign-in codes) and service-update emails (important changes to the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy) can't be turned off while you have an account — the way to stop receiving those is to delete your account.
An event has the wrong details. Can you fix it?
Yes. Email support@keepraven.com with the event name, the date, and what's wrong. Event data is curated by Raven staff for now, so corrections route through us directly.
The app rejected my photo or video.
Photos and videos pass through automated content moderation before they're visible to other users. False positives happen. If you think your post was rejected incorrectly, email support@keepraven.com with the approximate time of upload and a description of what you were trying to post.
Where is Raven available?
Raven is launching in Boston first. Events, venues, and groups in the app are all Boston-area for now. We'll add more cities after we've got the experience right here. If you'd like Raven in your city, email us — every request helps us prioritize.
Is Raven free?
Yes. Raven is free for fans and always will be. We don't run third-party ad networks and we don't sell your data. Promoters, artists, and venues may pay for in-app placement; you won't.
